Hi, I’m Luke, the founder of 3D Cast.
What began back in 2016 as a small design and 3D printing service (under a different name) has grown into one of Australia’s dedicated suppliers of high-quality 3D printing products. In the early days, I was focused on creating parts for local customers and helping people bring their ideas to life. Over time, that passion for precision and quality evolved into something bigger, helping others access the same professional-grade tools and materials that I relied on myself.
In 2021, 3D Cast officially launched as a 3D printing service business. From there, it quickly became clear that customers wanted not just finished prints, but access to the same reliable equipment and materials we used in-house. That’s where the next chapter began, turning 3D Cast into a trusted supplier for both professionals and hobbyists across Australia.
In October 2024, we proudly partnered with Phrozen Technology, a brand we had long trusted and used daily in our own work. This partnership allowed us to provide Australian customers with genuine Phrozen printers, resins, and accessories, backed by local stock, support, and fast delivery.
In January 2025, we expanded again by partnering with Monocure3D, an Australian manufacturer whose resins and post-processing products align perfectly with our focus on quality and reliability.
Later that same year, we welcomed Resione to our range, one of the most new respected names in high-performance 3D printing resins. Known for their strength, flexibility, and technical innovation, Resione products have allowed us to offer even more choice to both industrial and creative users alike.
Over the past 12 months, we’ve seen significant growth in our product range and will continue to expand into the future, especially within the dental 3D printing field, where precision and material performance truly matter.
Based in Melbourne (Pakenham, VIC), we operate 100% online to serve customers Australia-wide. Every order is packed with care and backed by responsive support from someone who actually uses the products we sell.
