Phrozen Sonic Saber Blade Replacement Kit: 20-Pack with Collets and Hardware
The Phrozen Sonic Saber Blade Replacement Kit is the genuine OEM consumable kit for the Sonic Saber ultrasonic cutter, containing 20 replacement blades, 2 aluminium collets, 3 M3x4 setscrews, and an instruction card. It is the correct replacement kit for users whose Sonic Saber blades have dulled through regular use.
Sonic Saber blades dull gradually rather than failing suddenly. The first sign is that more pressure is required to guide the blade through material that previously required almost none, followed by a reduction in cut quality and surface finish. A dull blade transfers more mechanical force to the model during cutting, which reintroduces the risk of damage to fine detail that the ultrasonic cutting principle is designed to eliminate. Replacing the blade at the first sign of reduced performance maintains the tool's advantage.
Each blade measures 18 x 4 x 0.38 mm at a 30° angle, matching the geometry of the original blades included with the Sonic Saber. The 2 aluminium collets replace worn collets that may no longer grip the blade securely, and the 3 setscrews replace any that have been lost or stripped during previous blade changes. The instruction card covers the blade replacement procedure including the safety precautions required when handling blades.
Blade replacement requires the unit to be powered off and unplugged before beginning. Blades should be handled with dry hands or cut-resistant gloves, and allowed to cool before replacement if the unit has been in recent use.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
