Phrozen Pump and Fill: Automated Resin Management for Mega 8K S and Mighty Revo Printers
The Phrozen Pump and Fill is an automated resin management accessory for the Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K S and Sonic Mighty Revo printers, designed to monitor vat resin levels during printing and manage resin loading and unloading automatically. It addresses the two most time-consuming manual interventions in large format resin printing: mid-print resin refills and post-print vat emptying.
The Auto-Fill function monitors the resin level in the vat during a print session and automatically replenishes from a connected resin bottle when the level drops below the threshold. Long print sessions on large format printers consume significant resin volume, and a mid-print resin failure — where the vat runs dry partway through a build — wastes the entire print time investment and destroys the print. The Auto-Fill eliminates this failure mode without requiring the user to monitor and manually refill.
The Auto-Pump function activates post-print, returning unused resin from the vat back into the storage bottle automatically. Manual vat draining is one of the messier and more time-consuming steps in the large format resin printing workflow; removing it reduces both the clean-up burden and the exposure to uncured resin during handling. An immediate manual pump activation mode is also available for on-demand vat draining at any point in the workflow.
The Pump and Fill is compatible with the Sonic Mega 8K S and the Sonic Mighty Revo series. It is a first-party Phrozen accessory designed specifically for these printers and does not require third-party adaptation.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
