Phrozen Revo 16K Screen Upgrade Kit: Resolution Upgrade for the Sonic Mighty Revo
The Phrozen Revo 16K Screen Upgrade Kit is an official Phrozen upgrade package that converts a Sonic Mighty Revo printer to 16K resolution by replacing the LCD panel and mainboard with components calibrated for 16K output. The upgrade achieves a native XY resolution of 14 x 19 µm, which is the highest resolution available in the Phrozen Mighty form factor and one of the highest available in any consumer MSLA printer currently on the Australian market.
The upgrade path exists because the Sonic Mighty Revo platform was engineered with hardware capable of supporting higher resolution output than the original specification. The 16K upgrade replaces the two components that determine resolution — the LCD panel and the mainboard that drives it — without requiring modification to the printer frame, build plate, resin vat, or motion system. The result is a printer that operates at 16K resolution within the original Mighty Revo chassis, at a cost significantly below a full new 16K printer purchase.
At 14 x 19 µm XY resolution, the upgraded printer achieves a pixel pitch comparable to the Sonic Mini 8KS across the significantly larger 10.1-inch build area of the Mighty form factor. This resolution ceiling enables fine miniature detail, jewellery master printing, and character sculpt reproduction at a scale and print volume that the Mini format cannot match. The kit includes the 16K LCD panel, the compatible mainboard, all supporting hardware components, installation guides, and a firmware update for the upgraded configuration.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
