Phrozen 10.1-Inch LCD Screen Protector: Mighty 8K and Mighty 12K
Phrozen 10.1-Inch LCD Screen Protector is a sacrificial transparent film applied to the top surface of the LCD panel on the Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K and Sonic Mighty 12K. It sits between the LCD and the resin vat, absorbing resin contact, surface scratches from vat handling, and cleaning damage that would otherwise accumulate directly on the LCD.
The practical logic is the same across all screen protector sizes: a low-cost consumable positioned to absorb the damage that normal printing operations inflict on the printer's most expensive replaceable component. A replacement LCD for the Mighty 8K or Mighty 12K costs $270 to $310; the screen protector costs $19. The protector is manufactured from optically clear material that maintains UV light transmission without affecting cure accuracy or print detail at the Mighty series' 34 to 43 µm native XY resolution.
The protector measures L 215 x W 121 mm, precisely sized for the 10.1-inch LCD format used in both the Mighty 8K and Mighty 12K. It applies with a bubble-free adhesive backing to a clean, dry LCD surface and is replaced when surface damage, resin staining, or haziness becomes visible.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
