Monocure3D RinseOFF: Final Rinse Solution for Resin 3D Prints

Monocure3D RinseOFF is a final rinse solution designed for use after the primary Resinaway wash step in the resin 3D print post-processing workflow. Its function is to remove any residual Resinaway or oily film that remains on the print surface after the wash stage, producing a clean, dry surface that is ready for UV post-curing without residue interference.

The reason a second rinse step exists is chemical. Resinaway and similar wash solvents dissolve uncured resin from the print surface, but a thin film of the solvent itself can remain on the print after the wash. If this film is not removed before UV curing, it inhibits full surface cure and leaves a slightly tacky or cloudy layer. RinseOFF is formulated specifically to displace that residual film without itself leaving a residue, producing a surface that cures cleanly and completely under UV exposure.

RinseOFF is non-flammable and low-odour, consistent with the Monocure3D philosophy of reducing the flammability and ventilation risks in the post-processing workflow. Its low evaporation rate means the solution lasts across a high number of rinse cycles before requiring replacement. It is compatible with ultrasonic cleaners, dedicated wash stations, and manual rinse containers, and works with all MSLA and DLP resin types.

Tack-Free Prints Ready for Painting

RinseOFF removes the final layer of sticky resin oils that IPA and ResinAway leave behind, without a water rinse step.

  • Two-stage process: use ResinAway or IPA first, then RinseOFF as the final polish wash
  • Removes residual resin oils that cause paint beading, peeling, and poor primer adhesion
  • No water rinse required: air dry or compressed air, then straight to UV curing
  • Compatible with standard, tough, water-washable, and casting resins
  • 5-minute soak is sufficient for most hobby and mid-size prints
  • Eliminates oxygen-inhibition tackiness on the outer surface after UV curing
  • Creates a clean surface for primer and paint bond without sanding or additional prep
  • Low fume formulation compared to high-concentration IPA secondary washes
  • Genuine Monocure3D product, stocked and distributed by 3D Cast in Australia

Why the Mini 8KS

  • 01
    Eliminates Tackiness

Removes the thin resin oil film that survives primary washing and UV curing, leaving the surface dry to the touch and chemically clean.

  • 02
    Paint-Ready Surface

Paint beading and adhesion failure are caused by microscopic resin oils on the surface. RinseOFF removes that contamination before primer is applied.

  • 03
    No Water Rinse

Unlike water-based secondary wash methods, RinseOFF leaves prints ready to cure immediately after air drying. No additional rinse or drying step required.

  • 04

NO MORE STICKY 3D PRINTS

Learn why resin prints stay tacky after curing and how a two-stage wash with RinseOFF solves the problem permanently.
