Description
This 3D Printed gluing jig will aid you getting the perfect spacing for your arms on your telephone/powerline pole. The jig is designed so any combination of arm lengths can be used to make a variety of poles (up to 5 rows).
How to use the jig:
- Place the arms in the jig to the combination of your liking.
- Using a toothpick, place a small drop of super glue on top of the arms in the centre channel
- Place the code 55 rail flat bottom on top of the arms in the channel. The channel will ensure you are centred on the arms.
- Push down with your finger with a small amount of pressure for 10 seconds.
- Once glue is set, gently lift the assembly out of the jig.
Pro tip: For the Perfect finish pre paint the arms and rail before gluing all together.
