The Phrozen LCD Screen Replacement for the Sonic Mighty 12K is the genuine OEM 10.1-inch 12K monochrome LCD panel for this printer. It restores the Mighty 12K to its original exposure accuracy and print quality when the panel has degraded through extended use.
The Sonic Mighty 12K operates at a native XY resolution of approximately 34 µm across its 10.1-inch panel, which is what separates it from the 8K Mighty variant and defines its capability for fine miniature detail and high resolution engineering prints. Monochrome LCD technology delivers higher UV light transmission per pixel than RGB equivalents, which is why the Mighty 12K achieves both the cure speed and resolution it is known for. LCD degradation reduces that UV output gradually, which first manifests as slightly softened detail and slightly longer required exposure times before becoming visible as banding, uneven curing, and print failures.
Replacing the panel with the genuine Phrozen part restores the printer's original calibration. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
