Phrozen Sonic Mighty Revo 14K

The Phrozen Sonic Mighty Revo 16K is now the flagship mid-format printer in the Phrozen range. The Revo 14K is current generation hardware and is not a discontinued or faulty product. It is being cleared to make way for the Revo 16K. Full Phrozen warranty applies and 3D Cast provides direct local support throughout the warranty period.

The Revo 16K offers higher resolution at 14 x 19 µm XY compared to 16.8 x 24.8 µm on the Revo 14K, a larger build volume of 211 x 118 x 235 mm versus 223 x 126 x 235 mm, Ethernet connectivity in addition to Wi-Fi and USB, and a faster print speed of up to 676 layers per hour. The Revo 14K still offers exceptional 14K resolution for detailed work at a clearance price point.

Yes. Full Phrozen manufacturer warranty applies to all Revo 14K units sold by 3D Cast, regardless of clearance pricing. Consumable parts including the LCD screen and vat film are not covered under warranty as they are expected to wear with use. 3D Cast provides direct local support throughout the warranty period.

The Revo 14K is compatible with Phrozen's full resin range including Aqua series, Aqua Hyperfine, and Speed Plus resins, as well as any third-party 405 nm photopolymer. 3D Cast stocks Phrozen, Monocure3D, and Resione resins, all confirmed compatible.

Resin prints require washing to remove uncured resin and UV curing to harden fully. The Wash Station Bundle includes a Phrozen wash station. 3D Cast also stocks compatible cure stations separately. If you are starting from scratch, the Best Starter Kit includes everything needed to get printing immediately.
