ACF Vat Film: Next-Generation Release Film for Resin 3D Printers

ACF, or Air Release Composite Film, uses an ultra-smooth surface engineered to minimise suction forces between the cured layer and the vat base. Lower suction force means less mechanical stress on the print during each layer separation, resulting in higher print success rates, reduced layer sticking, and smoother transitions between layers compared to standard FEP and nFEP films.
ACF film outlasts standard FEP film in normal use conditions, resisting clouding and tearing for longer and requiring less frequent replacement. Pre-cut sizes are available for specific Phrozen printer models, removing the need for trimming during installation.
