Phrozen 10.1-Inch LCD Screen Protector: Sonic Mighty Revo 16K
Phrozen 10.1-Inch LCD Screen Protector for the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K is a sacrificial transparent film applied to the top surface of the LCD panel. It absorbs resin contact, surface scratches from vat handling, and cleaning damage in place of the LCD beneath it.
The Revo 16K LCD replacement costs $345. The screen protector costs $25 and is the most cost-effective maintenance step available for protecting that investment. The protector is optically clear, maintaining UV transmission without affecting curing accuracy at the Revo 16K's 22 µm native XY resolution — the highest resolution in the Phrozen consumer printer range and the resolution level where any UV transmission degradation is most detectable in output quality. The protector is precisely cut for the 10.1-inch LCD format in the Revo 16K and applies with a bubble-free adhesive backing to a clean, dry surface.
At 22 µm resolution, the Revo 16K is the printer where LCD protection matters most. Surface damage that would be inconsequential on a lower resolution printer becomes detectable at this resolution level because the curing pattern is more sensitive to any optical interference at the LCD surface.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
