What is Included in a Dental Complete Package?

Each Phrozen Dental Complete Package is built around one of three printer platforms — the Sonic CS+, Sonic LS+, or Dental XL 4K Plus — and includes everything required to run a complete dental 3D printing workflow. The Resin Starter tier includes the printer and three validated dental resins covering study models, water-washable models, and orthodontic models. The Wash and Cure tier adds the Phrozen WASH+ dual tank washing station and Cure+ curing unit. The Complete System tier further includes the Phrozen Heat and Mix resin mixing station for temperature-controlled resin preparation before printing.

How to Choose the Right Bundle for Your Practice

The right bundle depends on your printer preference and what post-processing equipment you already have. If you are starting from scratch and want a complete end-to-end setup, the Complete System bundles provide everything from resin preparation through to a finished cured part. If you already own a compatible washing and curing setup, the Resin Starter bundles pair the printer with validated resins only. The Wash and Cure bundles sit in between, covering printing and post-processing without the Heat and Mix station. What is the difference between the three bundle tiers?

The Resin Starter includes the printer and three validated dental resins. The Wash and Cure Bundle adds the Phrozen WASH+ washing station and Cure+ curing unit for a complete print and post-process setup. The Complete System further adds the Phrozen Heat and Mix resin mixing station for temperature-controlled resin preparation before printing.

Which printer platform should I choose?

The Sonic CS+ is designed for chairside clinics that need a compact, fast printer for same-day workflows. The Sonic LS+ suits high-volume labs and multi-chair practices that need a larger build plate and more models per print cycle. The XL 4K Plus is designed for production-scale dental laboratories where maximum throughput is the priority.

What resins are included in every bundle?

Every bundle includes one kilogram each of Phrozen Dental Study Model Resin, Phrozen Water-Washable Dental Model Resin, and Phrozen Dental Ortho Model Resin. All three are validated Phrozen formulations with approved print profiles for the included printer.

Do I need any additional equipment?

The Wash and Cure and Complete System bundles include everything needed to go from printing to a finished cured part. You will need IPA for the WASH+ washing station, which is not included. The Resin Starter bundle requires a separate washing and curing setup.

Can I add more resins to my bundle?

Yes. 3D Cast stocks a broad range of Phrozen dental resins including surgical guide, castable, and biocompatible formulations. Contact us to discuss which materials suit your clinical or laboratory applications.

Is the WASH+ compatible with all three printers?

Yes. The Phrozen WASH+ is compatible with all Phrozen Dental Series build plates including the Sonic CS+ standard and mini plate, Sonic LS+ standard and large plate, and the XL 4K Plus large plate. The stainless steel plate holder is included with the WASH+.
