Phrozen Revo 16K Resin 3D Printer with Wash and Cure Kit
The Phrozen Revo 16K Wash and Cure Bundle gives professional users a complete resin printing and post-processing setup in one package. The Revo 16K handles printing at 16K resolution; the Phrozen Wash and Cure Kit handles the two stage post-processing required to convert printed parts into strong, finished components.
The 10 inch 16K monochrome LCD delivers ultra-fine detail across the 211.68 × 118.37 × 235 mm build volume. The resolution level is suited to applications where surface accuracy and fine feature preservation matter: dental study models and clear aligner models, miniature figures with fine sculpted detail, jewellery casting masters, and engineering prototypes requiring tight dimensional accuracy. Automatic bed levelling, auto plate calibration, and print residue detection improve print to print reliability and reduce setup time between sessions.
The Phrozen Wash and Cure Kit provides the two stage post-processing workflow required for any resin print. The wash stage removes uncured resin from all model surfaces, including recesses and fine detail areas that retain resin if not washed properly. The 405 nm UV curing stage hardens the model fully, delivering the mechanical properties and surface finish the resin is formulated to achieve. At the resolution the Revo 16K operates at, thorough and consistent post-processing is important for preserving the fine detail in the finished part.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I’m using it for articulated garage resin kits, and the results are flawless. If you are tired of brittle prints and want something that actually feels like a manufactured product, this is it!
I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.
Simple replacement part. Easy install. Comes with replacement tape included. Good product.

This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use.
