The Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K S Awesome Bundle provides a complete large format resin printing setup for production environments, professional workshops, and serious creators who need large scale output with the post-processing equipment to match. The bundle includes the Sonic Mega 8K S printer, Phrozen Mega S Wash and Cure Stations, Phrozen Aqua 8K resin, and four 5L bottles of Monocure3D Resinaway.
The Sonic Mega 8K S delivers 8K resolution across a 15 inch monochrome LCD at up to 400 layers per hour. The large build plate supports full-scale props, large structural components, and high volume batch printing in a single run. The built in metal drip hanger returns excess resin to the vat as the build plate rises, reducing waste across extended production sessions.
Post-processing at this scale requires equipment matched to the build size. The Phrozen Mega S Wash and Cure Stations are designed specifically for large format prints, providing the washing capacity and UV curing coverage required for the Mega 8K S build area. Standard compact wash and cure units are not adequate for models produced at this scale. The 20L of Monocure3D Resinaway provides a substantial supply of professional grade cleaning solution for sustained regular use. The Phrozen Aqua 8K resin is optimised for 8K print quality, delivering precision and consistent curing behaviour.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
