The Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K S Bundle C provides a large format resin printing and post-processing setup for professional workshops, production environments, and serious creators who need the Mega S wash and cure capacity matched to the printer. The bundle includes the Sonic Mega 8K S printer, Phrozen Mega S Wash and Cure Stations, Phrozen Aqua 8K resin.
The Sonic Mega 8K S delivers 8K resolution across a 15 inch monochrome LCD at up to 400 layers per hour. The large build area supports full-scale props, batch production of multiple parts, and large individual components that would require splitting on smaller printers. The built in metal drip hanger returns excess resin to the vat as the build plate rises, reducing waste during extended print sessions.
The Phrozen Mega S Wash and Cure Stations are sized specifically for the Mega 8K S build plate. Standard compact post-processing units do not provide the wash capacity or curing coverage area required for models produced at this scale. The Mega S stations ensure that washing is thorough and curing is even across the full model surface, producing parts with the strength and finish the resin is capable of delivering. The Phrozen Aqua 8K resin is optimised for 8K output quality.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.
Simple replacement part. Easy install. Comes with replacement tape included. Good product.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
