The Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K S Super Bundle pairs the large format 15 inch 8K resin printer with the Phrozen Pump and Fill automated resin management system and a screen protector, creating a setup optimised for high volume print sessions where resin replenishment and print continuity are operational priorities.
The Sonic Mega 8K S produces 8K resolution prints across a 15 inch build plate at speeds of up to 400 layers per hour. The large build area supports full-scale models, batch production of multiple parts in a single run, and volume workflows where throughput matters as much as detail. The built in metal drip hanger allows excess resin to drain back into the vat as the build plate rises, reducing waste and keeping the workspace clean across extended sessions.
The Phrozen Pump and Fill system addresses one of the key failure points in high volume production printing: low resin mid-print. The system monitors vat resin levels continuously and automatically refills from the bottle when levels drop below the threshold. This prevents print failures caused by insufficient resin during long unattended runs. At the end of a session, it retracts unused resin efficiently back into the bottle, simplifying cleanup and reducing material waste.
The screen protector shields the 15 inch LCD from resin spills and accidental contact, protecting the most maintenance-sensitive component of the printer and extending its service life.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
