Monocure3D XXL FEP Film 150 Micron is a 2-sheet pack of replacement vat film measuring 420 x 300 mm and 150 µm thick, manufactured from genuine fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP). It suits any resin printer with an extra large format vat that accepts a 420 x 300 mm sheet, including printers with 13.3-inch screens. Check your printer's vat dimensions before ordering to confirm fit.
At 13.3-inch scale, film replacement is a less frequent maintenance event than on smaller format printers due to the larger area per sheet, but the consequences of a failed or degraded film on a large format print are proportionally greater given the print time investment involved. Keeping replacement stock on hand avoids the situation of a worn or damaged film interrupting a multi-hour large format print session. The 2-sheet pack provides a spare ready for the next replacement without requiring a reorder.
At 150 µm, this film balances UV transmittance and mechanical durability at the standard specification for extra large format vats. Correct installation tension is confirmed by a drum-like resonance when the installed film is tapped at the centre.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
