Phrozen Build Plate for Mighty Revo 14K and Mighty Revo 16K
The Phrozen Build Plate for the Mighty Revo 14K and Mighty Revo 16K is the genuine OEM replacement build plate for these 10.1-inch MSLA printers, machined from solid aluminium. It is a direct fit replacement for the original plate, compatible with the printer's existing carriage mount and calibration system on both models.
The build plate is the surface that prints adhere to during the print cycle. Its flatness and dimensional stability directly determine first layer adhesion consistency across the full 10.1-inch build area. A warped or damaged plate produces inconsistent adhesion, which is among the most common causes of failed prints because the fault is not visible from the resin vat. Solid aluminium construction resists the warping that accumulates from repeated thermal cycling and mechanical stress, maintaining calibration accuracy over a greater number of print cycles before recalibration is needed.
The Mighty Revo 14K and Mighty Revo 16K operate at high native XY resolutions across a large format build area. At these resolutions, build plate flatness is more consequential than on lower resolution printers: any surface deviation introduces curing inconsistency that becomes visible in fine detail output. The plate uses a 4-point calibration system compatible with Phrozen's one-click software calibration, allowing a replacement plate to be levelled quickly without manual shimming.
A second calibrated plate can be swapped into the printer immediately when the primary plate needs cleaning or post-print processing, eliminating the idle time between runs that is otherwise unavoidable when washing and drying a single plate. For engineers, prototypers, and model makers printing in volume on the Mighty Revo 14K or Mighty Revo 16K, a spare build plate is the most straightforward way to increase throughput without additional hardware.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
