Description
Monocure3D’s THERMO 3d printer resin is engineered for dental applications where heat resistance and dimensional stability are critical. It is ideal for pressure and vacuum forming, making it especially suited for the creation of aligner moulds, occlusal splint templates, mouthguard moulds, and custom trays.
This resin withstands elevated temperatures (up to ~120 °C) without deformation, ensuring reliable thermoforming results. Its “easy-release” formula assists in clean mould removal, and it’s optimised for MSLA / LCD printers to deliver precise curing, consistent detail, and reliable performance in dental workflows.
