The Phrozen Wash+ is a dual tank dental washing station for Australian dental clinics and laboratories running resin 3D printing post-processing workflows. Its dual tank system supports three distinct washing methods, giving users the flexibility to run a two-stage IPA wash for thorough resin removal, separate biocompatible parts from non-biocompatible parts in the same cycle, or load both tanks simultaneously to clean up to 24 dental models at once using the full build plate capacity.
Wash cycles complete in approximately five minutes. Five adjustable speed levels run from 250 to 350 RPM in 25 RPM increments, allowing the wash intensity to be matched to the resin and the indication. The onboard touchscreen stores up to 200 washing profiles, so once parameters are established for each resin in the workflow, starting the next cycle requires only selecting the material and confirming. The stainless steel plate holder is compatible with all Phrozen Dental Series build plates, including the CS+ standard and mini plates, the LS+ standard and large plates, the XL 4K Plus, and the XL 4K 2022 large plate, with no adapters or additional hardware required.
The Wash+ includes the Small Bucket Set, which reduces the solvent volume required per tank to a maximum of 4 litres. Lower solvent volume per cycle reduces IPA consumption and waste across high-volume production runs, which is a meaningful operating cost consideration for laboratories running multiple wash cycles per day.
The Wash+ pairs directly with the Phrozen Dental Cure+ for a complete post-processing setup and is validated for use with the Sonic CS+, LS+, and XL 4K Plus dental printers.
