Description

Phrozen Speed Plus 3D Printer Resin

Phrozen Speed Plus is a resin formulated specifically for high speed monochrome LCD printing. It is designed for production environments, batch workflows, and makers who prioritise throughput without wanting to accept a reduction in detail quality or dimensional accuracy at faster print speeds.

The resin cures rapidly at short layer exposure times, enabling high speed printers to operate at accelerated layer rates without requiring extended curing per layer. Running Speed Plus at fast settings increases the pulling force on the release film during retraction, which accelerates wear on the film over time. Users printing at maximum speed parameters should monitor FEP or nFEP film condition and replace it at shorter intervals than they would with standard resins.

Speed Plus maintains sharp edge definition, smooth surfaces, and consistent mechanical properties even at accelerated parameters, making it suitable for functional prototypes and production parts as well as display models. It flows evenly and adheres reliably to the build plate, which helps maintain print success rates during large batch jobs and long unattended sessions. Available in 1 kg bottles.

3D Cast is Australia’s official Phrozen distributor. Phrozen Speed Plus ships from Australian stock with warranty and technical support.
