Phrozen 10.1-Inch LCD Screen Protector: Sonic Mighty Revo 14K
Phrozen 10.1-Inch LCD Screen Protector for the Sonic Mighty Revo 14K is a sacrificial transparent film applied to the top surface of the LCD panel. It sits between the LCD and the resin vat, absorbing resin contact, surface scratches from vat removal and installation, and cleaning solvent exposure that would otherwise reach the LCD directly.
The Revo 14K LCD replacement costs $325. The screen protector costs $19 and is designed to defer that replacement by absorbing the incidental damage that accumulates through normal printer operation. The protector measures L 223 x W 126 mm, sized specifically for the 10.1-inch LCD format in the Revo 14K — this is a different size to the Mighty 8K and 12K protector, so confirming the correct model before ordering matters. The optically clear material maintains UV transmission without affecting curing accuracy at the Revo 14K's 28 µm native XY resolution.
Replacement is recommended when the surface shows visible scratches, resin staining, or haziness. The adhesive backing applies to a clean, dry LCD surface without bubbles.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
