The Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K V2, Cure Mega, and Mega Wash S Bundle provides a complete end to end large format resin production workflow covering printing, washing, and curing, with each component sized to match the scale of what the Mega 8K V2 produces. It is designed for professional prop makers, engineering workshops, dental labs, and production environments where large format resin printing is a regular operational requirement.
The Sonic Mega 8K V2 delivers 8K resolution at 43 µm XY across a 330 × 185 × 400 mm build volume. The integrated Pump and Fill system maintains resin vat levels automatically during printing, preventing mid-run failures. Dual activated carbon air purifiers reduce resin odour during extended sessions. A factory calibrated build plate with dual linear rails and ball screw Z-axis provides mechanical stability for accurate layer registration across the full build height.
The Phrozen Mega Wash S is a motorised washing station with a 25L stainless steel tank, designed for the build volumes the Mega 8K V2 produces. At this scale, manual or small volume washing is not practical. The large tank accommodates entire build plates and oversized models; the motorised operation automates the agitation process that removes uncured resin thoroughly from all surfaces, including recesses and undercuts that manual washing misses.
The Phrozen Cure Mega UV curing station provides a 40 × 40 × 45 cm internal chamber with a 90 W 405 nm LED array delivering 360 degree curing coverage. The chamber size accommodates the maximum build dimensions of the Mega 8K V2 without requiring part splitting or multiple curing cycles. The 360 degree LED coverage ensures uniform hardening across all surfaces simultaneously.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
