Resione F69 Black Flexible 3D Printer Resin: High Elongation Rubber-Like MSLA Resin

Resione F69 Black is a flexible MSLA photopolymer resin formulated for engineers, product designers, and hobbyists who need printed parts with genuine rubber-like elongation and tear resistance. It is suited to seals, gaskets, flexible connectors, figure accessories, tyre models, shoe samples, buffers, and dampening elements where the material must flex, compress, and return repeatedly without tearing or fatigue failure.

F69's defining specification is its elongation at break of 255%. At this figure, a part can stretch to more than three and a half times its resting length before failing, which is in the range of natural rubber and TPU compounds rather than standard photopolymers. This elongation is what enables F69 parts to be folded, stretched, and compressed thousands of times without cracking. Tear strength of 47.2 kN/m is the second critical figure: high elongation without tear resistance produces a resin that stretches well but fails suddenly at stress concentrations like sharp corners, thin walls, and fastener holes. F69 is specifically formulated to combine both properties, which is what determines whether a flexible gasket or seal survives assembly and service. Shore A hardness of 60 to 75 places F69 in the medium-soft rubber range, comparable to a car tyre sidewall, firm enough to hold printed geometry and surface detail under light load, soft enough to flex and return at room temperature.

Tensile strength of 7.9 MPa and elastic modulus of 2.0 MPa reflect the low-stiffness mechanical profile of a true flexible resin. F69 is not an ABS-like or semi-rigid material: it is a rubber substitute, and these figures reflect that correctly. One important characteristic: F69 hardens significantly below 20°C. At approximately 5°C the resin transitions to a hard, impact-resistant state. Parts intended for flexible use should be deployed in environments above 20°C. Below that threshold, the flexible properties diminish progressively. F69 can be blended with Resione rigid resins including K, M58, M68, and G217 to tune hardness upward for applications requiring a stiffer durometer. Compatible with all MSLA and DLP resin printers. Post-cure with 385 to 405nm UV for 20 to 40 minutes. Recommended layer height 0.09mm for flexible parts.

Why Choose Resione F69 Black

Rubber-like elongation and tear resistance for parts that flex, compress, and return, over and over

  • Elongation at break of 255%, in the range of natural rubber and TPU rather than standard photopolymer resins
  • Tear strength of 47.2 kN/m so parts don't fail suddenly at sharp corners, thin walls, or fastener holes
  • Shore A hardness of 60 to 75, comparable to a car tyre sidewall, firm enough to hold detail and soft enough to flex
  • Can be blended with Resione's rigid resins (K, M58, M68, G217) to tune hardness upward while retaining flex
  • Sharp, clear print detail typical of Resione's flexible range, with a built-in release agent for easier FEP film release
  • 1 kg bottle of genuine Resione F69 Black, stocked in Australia

Compatible Printers

Works with any MSLA or DLP resin printer between 385 and 405 nm. Recommended layer height is 0.09mm for flexible parts.
