Phrozen BJD Soft Resin: Skin Like Flexible Resin for Ball Jointed Dolls
Phrozen BJD Soft Resin is a specialist flexible MSLA photopolymer developed for the outer skin shell of ball jointed dolls, Sofubi style designer toys, and articulated figure work. At 45 to 50 Shore A in Light Blush Ivory, it is formulated to give a low rebound, skin like touch rather than the firmer feel of standard flexible resins, addressing a gap BJD makers have previously had to work around by wrapping hard parts in rubber or mixing their own flexible resin ratios.
Phrozen designed BJD Soft Resin to work alongside its existing BJD Resin hard type. The hard resin prints wear resistant, powder free ball joints, while BJD Soft Resin prints the soft outer skin shell over the top, both on the same 405 nanometre printer and slicer file without mixing or ratio testing. It suits BJD and soft skin part makers, Sofubi and designer toy creators, and action figure or articulated prop makers producing custom hands, feet, soft accessories, and skin tone parts that need to move with posing.
BJD Soft Resin is not intended for high detail rigid display pieces, thin walls under 1mm, or load bearing parts, and is not certified for food, medical, or biocompatible use.

It describes a soft, silicone like flexibility with a low rebound rate of around 1 to 2 percent, giving a slow, natural return to shape rather than a bouncy rubber feel.
It's compatible with most open 405 nm LCD and MSLA resin printers, not limited to Phrozen hardware.
Keep it sealed at room temperature in a dark, dry, ventilated space away from direct sunlight. Wear gloves and a mask when handling it.
