Resione TH-HR White Clay is a high resolution MSLA photopolymer resin formulated for miniature figures, character sculpts, jewellery casting masters, and collectible models where surface detail and dimensional accuracy are the primary requirements. TH-HR is Resione's high resolution formulation in the specialist TH resin series, designed to compete with the demanding output standards of dedicated miniature and jewellery printing workflows.
The white clay colour provides an even, neutral surface across the full print without the colour variation that affects detailed inspection under directional lighting. White is the standard choice for jewellery casting masters because it allows clean photography against dark backgrounds for client review, and the neutral tone accepts wax-based and silicone-based mould making compounds without colour contamination concerns. For miniature sculptors, white clay provides the same advantage as traditional sculpting clay — a consistent surface that makes form reading and detail evaluation straightforward under any lighting condition.
TH-HR is engineered for low shrinkage and high dimensional fidelity across the curing cycle. These properties determine whether fine surface features survive the photopolymerisation process without pulling at thin wall sections or losing definition at sub-millimetre geometry. The practical outcome is a print surface that moves directly to the next workflow stage — priming, painting, moulding, or casting — with minimal sanding or filling.
The resin is compatible with all MSLA and DLP resin printers available in Australia. For fine detail work, it performs best at layer heights from 30 to 50 µm on 8K and higher resolution printers.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
