Phrozen 10.1-Inch LCD Frame Tape: Mighty 8K and Mighty 12K
Phrozen 10.1-Inch LCD Frame Tape is the genuine OEM adhesive sealing tape for the Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K and Sonic Mighty 12K, pre-cut to fit the 10.1-inch LCD panel used in both printers. LCD frame tape seals the LCD in position within the printer frame, prevents liquid resin from reaching internal electronics through the perimeter gap around the screen, and maintains the positional alignment of the LCD that determines how evenly UV light is distributed across the build area.
At the 10.1-inch scale of the Mighty series, correct LCD alignment has a larger consequence on print consistency than on smaller format printers because any positional deviation affects a greater portion of the build area. The genuine pre-cut Phrozen tape is dimensioned to the exact frame geometry of these printers, ensuring the seal is complete at all four edges without gaps at corners or along the long edges where resin ingress is most likely during a vat failure.
Phrozen recommends replacing the frame tape whenever the LCD screen is replaced. Reusing removed tape degrades seal quality; generic alternatives may not match the frame dimensions precisely. At $25 per set, the tape is the lowest cost component in a Mighty series LCD replacement and the one most likely to be skipped with the greatest downstream risk.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
