Phrozen 10.1-Inch LCD Frame Tape for the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K is the genuine OEM adhesive sealing tape pre-cut to fit the 10.1-inch LCD panel in this printer. LCD frame tape seals the LCD into the printer frame, prevents resin from reaching internal electronics through the perimeter gap, and maintains the LCD positional alignment that determines curing accuracy at the Revo 16K's 22 µm native XY resolution.
The Revo 16K is Phrozen's highest resolution consumer printer. At 22 µm pixel pitch across a 10.1-inch panel, the margin for LCD misalignment before curing inconsistency becomes detectable is narrower than on any other printer in the Phrozen range. The genuine pre-cut frame tape is dimensioned to the exact frame geometry of the Revo 16K, ensuring the panel seats in the correct position and the seal is complete at all edges without modification or trimming.
Phrozen recommends replacing the frame tape at every LCD replacement. At $25, it is the least expensive component in a Revo 16K LCD service and the one that carries the greatest downstream risk if skipped — resin ingress at the LCD perimeter on a $345 screen replacement is an avoidable outcome.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
