The Phrozen LCD Screen Replacement for the Sonic Mighty Revo 14K is the genuine OEM 10.1-inch 14K monochrome LCD panel for this printer. It restores the Revo 14K to its original exposure accuracy and print quality when the original panel has reached the end of its service life.
The Sonic Mighty Revo 14K operates at a native XY resolution of approximately 28 µm across its 10.1-inch panel, which places it between the Mighty 12K and the Revo 16K in the Phrozen resolution hierarchy and positions it as the current mid-tier option for high detail miniature and figure printing at the Mighty form factor. The 14K monochrome LCD delivers the UV light transmission efficiency that defines the Revo series' print speed advantage over earlier Mighty variants.
LCD panels in MSLA printers degrade through UV-induced backlight decay and thermal stress from continuous print sessions. The degradation is progressive, beginning with subtle softening of fine detail before becoming visible as banding, uneven curing, and failed prints. Replacing the panel with the genuine Phrozen part restores the original exposure calibration and the resolution ceiling the Revo 14K was designed to achieve. The genuine panel matches the connector type, dimensions, and optical profile of the original, ensuring full compatibility without firmware recalibration.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
