The Phrozen DS Slicer Licence Dongle is the USB security key that activates Phrozen DS Slicer on a computer workstation. DS Slicer is Phrozen's dedicated dental 3D printing slicing software, covering automated model orientation, support placement, validated print profiles, and direct file sending to Phrozen Dental Series printers. The software is free to download from the Phrozen Dental website but requires the physical licence dongle to authenticate and operate. This replacement dongle is for Australian dental clinics and laboratories that have misplaced their original, or that need to run DS Slicer on a second workstation.
The dongle uses a 14-day grace period authentication system. Once inserted and validated, the dongle does not need to remain plugged in continuously and can be removed for up to 14 days before reinsertion is required to revalidate the licence.
