The Phrozen Air Purifier 2-Piece Set contains two compact activated carbon air purifier units for resin 3D printer users working in home studios, workshops, dental clinics, and any enclosed space where VOC concentration at the printer surface is a practical concern. Each unit is USB rechargeable, draws 0.6W, and runs quietly enough for continuous operation during print sessions.
Resin printing releases volatile organic compounds throughout the print cycle. The concentration of these compounds is highest at the printer surface, which is where source-level reduction has the most practical effect. The Phrozen Air Purifier units are sized to sit directly beside or on top of the printer rather than across the room. Each unit measures 115 x 46 x 46mm, small enough to position close to the source without occupying significant bench space.
Activated carbon filtration works through adsorption: VOC molecules bond to the carbon surface as air passes through the filter. Each filter measures 39 x 39 x 18mm and has a rated lifespan of approximately 3 months under regular printing conditions. When the carbon surface is saturated it loses adsorption capacity and requires replacement. Replacement filter 4-packs are stocked separately at 3D Cast.
Each unit carries a 2,000mAh rechargeable battery via USB, removing the need for disposable batteries during extended sessions. The set includes both purifier units, two activated carbon filters (one installed per unit), and one USB charging cable.
