Monocure3D XXL ACF Film 450 x 297 mm: Large-Format Anti-Clouding Release Film
Monocure3D XXL ACF Film is a single sheet of premium anti-clouding copolymer release film for resin 3D printing hobbyists, engineers, and production users who operate large-format MSLA printers. The sheet measures 450 x 297 mm at 300 micron thickness and is supplied untrimmed, allowing it to be cut to the exact dimensions required by the printer vat it is being fitted to.
ACF is Monocure3D's highest performance release film, offering lower peel force, better resistance to clouding degradation, and longer service life than standard FEP or PFA film. The anti-clouding property maintains UV transmittance over more print cycles, which is most valuable on large-format printers running extended or production print sessions where film degradation between replacements is most noticeable. Reduced peel force also benefits large cross-section prints where layer separation stress on the build platform is highest.
The XXL sheet size is designed for large-format vats. Trim the sheet to the dimensions required by your printer vat before installation. ACF film has a gloss side and a matte side: the gloss side must face upwards toward the build plate. Incorrect installation can cause tearing and may damage the LCD screen. Test calibration with the resin and printer settings before committing to production runs, as ACF is softer than FEP and more susceptible to tearing if settings are not correctly dialled in.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
