Monocure3D Incredafill Ultimate Starter Kit contains 350g of Incredafill urethane polymer filler with a complete UV curing torch kit, providing everything needed to begin filling, smoothing, and repairing resin 3D prints without sourcing equipment separately. Incredafill is a ready-mixed, UV-curable filler that cures hard in 5 seconds under a 395 to 405 nm UV light source, which is the property that makes it practical for 3D print finishing workflows where standard air-dry or two-part fillers add hours of wait time.
Incredafill is 100% solid in both its uncured paste form and after curing, which means it does not shrink or crack during the cure cycle. Shrinkage is the failure mode that makes many UV-curable materials unsuitable for filling larger voids — a filler that shrinks during cure pulls away from the edges of the void, producing a visible joint line after sanding. Incredafill's non-shrinking chemistry maintains the fill volume through the cure cycle, producing a result that sands and paints flush with the surrounding surface.
The cured result is hard and sandable, accepting primer, acrylic paint, and varnish without adhesion issues. It adheres to resin prints, plastics, glass, and metal surfaces without a separate primer coat for bonding. The advanced microparticle formulation produces a smooth application surface that requires less sanding than coarser fillers to achieve a finish-ready result.

Incredafill is a UV-curable urethane filler for sealing surface defects on 3D printed parts including support scars, pinholes, layer lines, and small voids. Applied to the defect and cured under UV light, it produces a hard, sandable surface that can be primed and painted without the defect showing through.
Both kits include Incredafill filler and a UV torch. The Essentials Kit contains 70g of filler and a compact mini UV torch, suited to occasional use and smaller finishing jobs. The Ultimate Starter Kit contains 350g of filler, a full-size UV torch, rechargeable battery, charger, safety glasses, and applicators: a complete setup for regular finishing workflows.
Apply a small amount of filler to the defect using the applicator or a sculpting tool, smooth to the surrounding surface level, then cure immediately under the UV torch for 5 seconds. Sand flush once cured. For deeper defects, apply and cure in layers rather than a single thick application.
No. Incredafill is formulated to be non-shrinking. The cured filler remains at the level it was applied without sinkage or deformation, which means a single application typically fills the defect flush without requiring a second coat.
Yes. Incredafill is compatible with both resin and FDM printed parts. It bonds to most plastics and is particularly effective at filling layer lines and surface defects on FDM prints before priming and painting.
Yes. Once cured, Incredafill sands cleanly to the surrounding surface level and accepts primer and paint in the same way as the printed part. There is no soft or tacky residue after full UV cure.
If you already have a UV torch from a previous Incredafill kit or another UV source, a refill tub is more economical than buying another kit. The refill tubs are available in 70g HD and 350g standard formulations.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.
