Monocure3D FEP Film 200 Micron is a 5-sheet pack of replacement vat film measuring 195 x 135 mm and 200 ยตm thick, manufactured from genuine fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP). It suits any resin printer with a compact vat that accepts a 195 x 135 mm sheet, including printers with 5.5-inch screens. Check your printer's vat dimensions before ordering to confirm fit.
At 200 ยตm, this is the thickest and most durable FEP option in the Monocure range, suited to users who prioritise vat film longevity over minimum peel force. The greater mechanical resistance to micro-scratching and puncture means this film withstands more print separation cycles before replacement compared to thinner 100 ยตm options. The trade-off is slightly higher peel force and marginally reduced UV transmittance. For users printing smaller models with less demanding cross sections on compact printers, the durability advantage of 200 ยตm typically outweighs the peel force difference.

Iโve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - itโs the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. Iโm using it for articulated garage resin kits, and the results are flawless. If you are tired of brittle prints and want something that actually feels like a manufactured product, this is it!
I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
Great customer service, if they had not done this, I would of had resin I would not use.
