Monocure3D FEP Film 100 Micron is a 5-sheet pack of replacement vat film measuring 195 x 135 mm and 100 µm thick, manufactured from genuine fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP). It suits any resin printer with a compact vat that accepts a 195 x 135 mm sheet, including printers with 5.5-inch screens. Check your printer's vat dimensions before ordering to confirm fit.
At 100 µm, this is the thinnest and most flexible FEP option in the Monocure compact range, providing lower peel force and higher UV transmittance than the 200 µm option at the cost of reduced mechanical durability. Thinner FEP film flexes more readily during layer separation, reducing the suction force between the cured layer and the vat floor, which makes it the better choice for users printing models with large flat cross sections where peel force is more likely to cause layer delamination.
The durability trade-off means 100 µm film requires replacement more frequently than 200 µm film under equivalent use. The 5-sheet pack anticipates this higher replacement rate and provides enough stock to cover several replacement cycles without reordering.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
