No, we are 100% online store

How long will it take to process my order?

We aim to process every order within 24 hours.

Do you do discounts on large orders?

You don't have what I need, Can I request something?

Shipping

Is local pick up available?

At this stage local pick up is NOT available.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Australia

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 2-5 days. Express shipping is available on at checkout (for an additional charge).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items can be returned if there is a product defect. A replacement, refund or store credit will be issued. Items can not be returned due to change of mind. Please contact us if there is an issue.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2 days from when we receive the item(s).
