The Phrozen Sonic CS+ Wash and Cure Bundle is a complete chairside dental 3D printing and post-processing package for Australian dental clinics. It combines the Sonic CS+ printer, the Phrozen Wash+ dual tank washing station, and the Phrozen Cure+ triple-wavelength curing unit, covering every stage from printing through to a washed and cured finished part.
The Sonic CS+ delivers 22 µm XY resolution using a 7.1 inch 385nm mono-LCD, with built-in chamber and vat heating and an integrated air purifier. The Wash+ supports three washing methods including two-stage IPA washing and double plate washing for up to 24 models per five-minute cycle, with 200 stored profiles and five adjustable speed levels from 250 to 350 RPM. The Cure+ combines 365, 385, and 405nm LEDs at 110W with a 60°C heated enclosure and validated cure profiles for over 15 dental materials, including a 5-minute flash cure mode for surgical guides.
The Sonic CS+ Wash and Cure Bundle suits dental clinics sourcing resins separately or working within a validated material protocol. The Wash+ accepts IPA, water-washable, and dual-solvent resins across all compatible Phrozen dental materials. The Heat and Mix resin preparation station is not included and is available as part of the CS+ Complete Chairside System.
