The Phrozen Dental Wash+ and Cure+ Bundle pairs the Phrozen Wash+ dual tank washing station with the Phrozen Dental Cure+ triple-wavelength post-curing unit, giving Australian dental clinics and laboratories a validated, matched post-processing setup for the full Phrozen Dental 3D printing range. Purchasing both units as a bundle simplifies procurement and ensures the washing and curing stages of the workflow are correctly matched to each other and to the Phrozen Dental Series printers.
The Wash+ handles IPA cleaning via a dual tank system that supports three washing methods: two-stage wash for thorough resin removal, separation of biocompatible and non-biocompatible parts, or simultaneous loading of both tanks to clean up to 24 dental models at once. Wash cycles complete in approximately five minutes, with five adjustable speed levels from 250 to 350 RPM in 25 RPM increments. The onboard touchscreen stores up to 200 washing profiles. The included Small Bucket Set limits solvent volume to a maximum of 4 litres per tank, reducing IPA consumption across high-volume runs. The stainless steel plate holder is compatible with all Phrozen Dental Series build plates without adapters.
The Cure+ post-curing unit combines 365, 385, and 405nm wavelengths simultaneously across 36 LEDs at 110W output, with flash curing technology and a 60°C heated enclosure. Triple-wavelength output ensures complete polymerisation across the Phrozen Dental resin range and compatible third-party materials without requiring wavelength matching between unit and material. Validated cure times for common indications are 5 minutes for surgical guides, 10 minutes for occlusal splints, and 11 minutes for crowns and bridges. Over 15 dental resin material profiles are pre-loaded on the 5 inch touchscreen. At 23 x 33.5 x 26cm and 7.3kg, the Cure+ fits on a chairside bench or lab workstation without dedicated installation space.
