Phrozen Gingiva Mask Resin: Soft Tissue Resin for Dental Implant and Crown and Bridge Models

The Phrozen Gingiva Mask Resin is a soft, pink dental resin for Australian clinics and laboratories printing gum tissue on implant models and crown and bridge models. It cures to a Shore A hardness of 35 with 42 to 46 percent elongation at break, giving printed gingiva masks the flexibility and tactile feel needed to simulate real oral soft tissue, while holding dimensional and colour stability through handling and adjustment.

Gingiva masks let technicians and clinicians visualise and adjust dentures, crowns, and implant restorations against a soft tissue analogue rather than a rigid model surface. The resin's high elasticity means printed masks can be trimmed and cut to fit around implant abutments or margin lines without tearing or losing shape, closely matching how a patient's actual gum tissue behaves during fitting and adjustment.

Ideal for printing gum tissue for denture adjustment, gingiva contours on implant planning models, and soft tissue simulation on crown and bridge models. The light pink colour is formulated to resemble natural gingival tissue, helping technicians assess aesthetics alongside fit.

Gingiva Mask Resin cures under 405nm LCD and DLP light sources and is compatible with the Phrozen Dental printer range, including the Sonic CS+, Sonic LS+, and Sonic XL 4K Plus. Printed parts require an IPA wash and UV post-cure using standard dental post-processing equipment such as the Phrozen Wash & Cure Kit or Cure Mega.

3D Cast is Australia's official Phrozen distributor, stocking the Phrozen Gingiva Mask Resin in a 500g bottle with fast shipping Australia wide and direct technical support.
