Phrozen Professional 3D Printing Gloves are powder-free nitrile gloves formulated for resin 3D printing workflows, where hands are regularly exposed to uncured photopolymer resin, IPA, and other post-processing chemicals. Each pack contains 100 gloves in size L, designed specifically for the handling, washing, and post-processing steps that resin printing requires.
Uncured resin is a skin sensitiser. Repeated skin contact without protection is the primary route of sensitisation that can lead to resin allergy, which is irreversible once it develops. Wearing chemical-resistant gloves during every resin contact step, from pouring and print removal to washing and FEP film handling, is the single most important protective measure in a resin printing workflow. These gloves are formulated to maintain integrity during sustained exposure to IPA and resin, where standard household nitrile gloves may degrade more quickly.
The gloves are thicker than standard disposable nitrile gloves, providing improved puncture and tear resistance during handling of build plates, FEP films, and printed parts. Anti-slip textured fingertips maintain grip on wet and resin-coated surfaces, which is the contact condition that occurs most frequently during print removal and washing. The gloves are touchscreen compatible, allowing printer operation without removal. High elasticity ensures a secure fit without tearing during use.
Each pack of 100 provides a practical supply for regular printing sessions. Gloves should be disposed of after resin contact and not reused across sessions to avoid transferring uncured resin contamination.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.
