The Phrozen Wash & Cure Kit Washing Bucket Set is a genuine replacement bucket assembly for the Phrozen Wash station, providing an 8-litre cleaning container with all necessary components to restore or expand the post-processing capacity of an existing Wash & Cure Kit. It is designed for resin 3D printer users who print at volume, run two-step IPA cleaning processes, or need a spare bucket on hand to avoid downtime between batches.
The 8-litre bucket accommodates models from printers with 10" build plates, including the Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K and Sonic Mighty 12K. Smaller build plate prints can use the included basket holder for accurate positioning within the bucket during the wash cycle. For printers with build plates larger than 10", such as the Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K, models should be placed directly into the cleaning basket without the holder.
The magnetic impeller generates a vortex in the cleaning solution that circulates evenly around the model, removing uncured resin from surfaces and cavities without mechanical abrasion. The vortex action is effective on fine geometry, including miniature detail, lattice structures, and overhanging surfaces where brush cleaning is impractical. Having a second bucket on hand allows a two-stage IPA cleaning process: a first wash in the primary bucket removes the bulk of uncured resin, and the second wash in a clean bucket removes residue for a cleaner final result. This workflow extends the usable life of cleaning solution by reducing contamination rate in the final wash stage.
The bucket set includes all components required to run the wash station: bucket, lid, washing basket and holder, and magnetic impeller. This is a genuine Phrozen part, compatible only with the Phrozen Wash station included in the Phrozen Wash & Cure Kit.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
Great customer service, if they had not done this, I would of had resin I would not use.
