Resione HT-Enduse 3D Printer Resin: High Temperature End-Use Engineering Resin

Resione HT-Enduse is a high temperature end-use engineering MSLA resin formulated for functional components, industrial tooling, and end-use parts that must maintain structural integrity and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures in service. HT-Enduse occupies the thermal engineering category alongside the Phrozen TR series, offering high temperature performance from a Resione resin chemistry for users who have standardised on Resione materials across their workflow.

The end-use designation is significant. Most resin products are described as suitable for prototyping; HT-Enduse is specifically formulated for parts that will be deployed in service, meaning the resin is engineered for the combination of mechanical strength, thermal stability, and surface durability that production components require. This includes moulds and tooling that are cycled through thermoforming or casting processes repeatedly, jigs and fixtures used in manufacturing assembly, and functional enclosures for electronics or instruments that operate in warm environments.

HT-Enduse delivers dimensional stability through the cure and post cure cycle, which is the critical property for tooling applications where any warping or shrinkage in the mould surface transfers directly to the formed or cast part. The resin surface is compatible with standard mould release agents and casting compounds, which supports its use as a master for urethane or silicone casting workflows.

Compatible with all MSLA and DLP resin printers available in Australia. Recommended layer height is 30 to 100 µm. Post cure temperature and duration should follow Resione's published guidelines to achieve the full HDT rating.

3D Cast is Australia's official Resione distributor, stocking genuine HT-Enduse resin with fast shipping Australia wide and direct technical support.

Why Choose Resione HT-Enduse

Formulated for parts that go into service, not just into the review process

  • Built for end-use functional components rather than prototyping alone, occupying the same thermal engineering category as the Phrozen TR series
  • Maintains dimensional stability through the cure and post cure cycle, critical for tooling where warping transfers directly to the formed or cast part
  • Surface is compatible with standard mould release agents and casting compounds, supporting use as a master for urethane or silicone casting workflows
  • Suited to moulds and tooling cycled through thermoforming or casting repeatedly, jigs and fixtures for manufacturing assembly, and functional enclosures for electronics operating in warm environments
  • A Resione-native option for users standardised on Resione materials who need high temperature performance without switching resin brands
  • 1 kg bottle of genuine Resione HT-Enduse, stocked in Australia

Compatible Printers

Works with any MSLA or DLP resin printer at 405 nm. Recommended layer height is 30 to 100 microns. Full post-cure at Resione's published temperature and duration is required to achieve the rated heat performance.
