The Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K V2 and Cure Mega Bundle combines the professional large format resin printer with a UV curing station sized for the models it produces. For workflows operating at this scale, pairing a large format printer with a curing station that cannot accommodate the full build size creates a bottleneck in post-processing. This bundle eliminates that problem.

The Sonic Mega 8K V2 delivers 8K resolution across a 15 inch monochrome LCD over a 330 × 185 × 400 mm build volume at 43 µm XY resolution. The integrated Pump and Fill system monitors and maintains resin vat levels automatically during printing, preventing failures during long production runs. Dual activated carbon air purifiers reduce resin odour during extended sessions. The factory calibrated build plate on dual linear rails and ball screw Z-axis ensures mechanical stability and layer accuracy across the full build height.

The Phrozen Cure Mega UV curing station provides a 40 × 40 × 45 cm internal chamber, large enough to accommodate the Mega 8K V2 maximum build size without compromise. The 90 W 405 nm LED array delivers 360 degree curing coverage, ensuring uniform hardening across all surfaces of the model simultaneously. Uneven curing leaves under-hardened areas that are weaker and more prone to failure. The 360 degree coverage eliminates this by exposing every surface in a single curing cycle. The robust metal construction of the Cure Mega supports sustained use in workshop and production environments.
