The Phrozen Dental Ecosystem

The Phrozen Dental range is engineered as a complete clinical ecosystem rather than a collection of individual products. Printers, resins and post-processing equipment are validated together, with confirmed resin profiles and cure times across the CS+, LS+ and XL 4K Plus. All three printers deliver validated accuracy with more than 95 percent of data points within 50 microns, with XY resolutions from 22 to 52 microns depending on the model.

Phrozen Dental Resins and Post-Processing

Validated dental resins stocked by 3D Cast include the Phrozen Dental Study Model Resin, Water-Washable Dental Model Resin and Ortho Model Resin, covering diagnostic models, orthodontic workflows and thermoforming applications. The Phrozen Wash+ dual-tank washing station and Cure+ triple-wavelength curing unit are validated for the full Phrozen Dental Series, with confirmed cure times for surgical guides, occlusal splints and crown and bridge restorations.

Spare Parts and Consumables

3D Cast stocks genuine spare parts for the CS+, LS+ and XL 4K Plus, including build plates in all available sizes, resin vats with built-in 30 degree heating elements and pre-installed nFEP film, and nFEP vat film replacements. LCD replacement modules are stocked for all three printers. Spare parts availability means clinics and laboratories can maintain consistent uptime without waiting for international shipments.
