Phrozen FEP Film A4 Size 3 Pack contains three sheets of genuine 210 x 290 mm FEP replacement vat film at 150 µm thickness, providing a ready supply for ongoing maintenance of resin printers using an A4 format vat. Purchasing the 3-pack reduces the per-sheet cost and ensures a replacement is on hand when needed rather than waiting on a reorder during a print session.
FEP film is the release layer at the base of the resin vat. It degrades through repeated print separations, UV exposure, and resin chemical contact. Visible clouding, micro-scratching, or an increase in failed prints are the signs that replacement is due. A fresh FEP sheet restores the UV transmittance and release surface properties that new film provides, recovering print consistency and reducing the adhesion failures that worn film causes.
At 150 µm, this film is the standard specification for A4 format vats, balancing UV transmittance with enough mechanical durability to withstand a reasonable number of print cycles. Correct installation tension is confirmed by a drum-like resonance when tapped lightly at the centre. As a genuine Phrozen premium film it suits all Phrozen printers using A4 format vats, and is also compatible with any other brand of resin printer whose vat accepts a 210 x 290 mm sheet.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
