Phrozen ACF Film A4 Size 3 pcs is a pack of three premium anti-clouding release film sheets measuring 210 x 290 mm. ACF (Anti-Clouding Film) is the highest performance tier in the Phrozen vat film range, positioned above both standard FEP and PFA (nFEP) film in release performance, durability, and UV transmission stability over time. It suits all Phrozen printers using A4 format vats and is also compatible with any other brand of resin printer whose vat accepts a 210 x 290 mm sheet.
The anti-clouding property addresses a specific degradation mode that affects FEP and PFA films over extended use: progressive clouding caused by micro-abrasion and UV-induced polymer degradation. Clouding reduces UV transmittance through the film, which creates inconsistency in layer cure energy and degrades print detail over time. ACF film is engineered to resist this clouding mechanism, maintaining UV transmission performance across more print cycles than standard films.
ACF also delivers the lowest peel force of the three film types in the Phrozen range, making it the preferred choice for high-volume users printing large or complex models where suction-related failures are most frequent. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
