Phrozen Dental Wash+ and V-CURE Bundle: Washing and Vacuum Curing for Dental 3D Printing
The Phrozen Dental Wash+ and V-CURE Bundle pairs the Phrozen Wash+ dual tank washing station with the Phrozen V-CURE vacuum curing station, for dental clinics and laboratories in Australia that print occlusal splints, surgical guides, temporaries, crowns, bridges and dentures. Buying both units as a bundle covers the washing and post curing stages in a single order.
Wash+ washing station
The Wash+ cleans printed parts in IPA using a dual tank system that supports three washing methods: a two stage wash for thorough resin removal, separation of biocompatible and non-biocompatible parts, or loading both tanks at once to clean up to 24 dental models. Cycles take approximately five minutes, with five speed levels from 250 to 350 RPM in 25 RPM steps, and the touchscreen stores up to 200 washing profiles. The included Small Bucket Set limits solvent to a maximum of 4 litres per tank, and the stainless steel plate holder fits all Phrozen Dental Series build plates without adapters.
V-CURE vacuum curing station
The V-CURE pulls the chamber down to a vacuum before UV curing starts. This removes the oxygen that otherwise leaves a tacky, under cured surface on resin parts, so there is no glycerine bath and no external nitrogen supply. It cures with 36 LEDs at 365, 385 and 405nm, up to 130 W, with a maximum vacuum rating of 720 mmHg and a 120 x 120 x 50 mm curing volume. Phrozen's estimated cycles are 3 to 4 minutes for surgical guides, 6 minutes for occlusal splints, crowns and bridges, and 7 minutes for dental models. Profiles are selected on the 5 inch touchscreen, with 5 levels of UV intensity and 4 levels of Flash mode. The V-CURE has no heater.
How the two units work together
Wash printed parts in the Wash+, dry them completely, then move them to the V-CURE. Parts must be free from uncured resin and fully dry before they go into the vacuum chamber. Standard UV curing is usually enough for dental models, so the V-CURE earns its place on splints, guides, temporaries, crowns, bridges and dentures, where surface cure and material performance matter most. Check that your parts fit the 120 x 120 x 50 mm curing volume before ordering.

Ideal Applications
Chairside Clinics
Wash and post cure splints, surgical guides, temporaries and crowns in one matched workflow, with vacuum curing cycles of 3 to 6 minutes and no glycerine bath or gas setup.
Dental Laboratories
Wash with 200 saved profiles on the Wash+, then vacuum cure intraoral and high performance resins, with adjustable UV intensity and Flash mode for consistent results across appliance types.
Mixed Practices
Standard UV curing is usually enough for models. Use the V-CURE where surface cure and material performance matter most, such as splints, guides, temporaries and dentures, and the Wash+ for every job.

Frequently Asked Questions
The bundle includes the Phrozen Wash+ Small Bucket Set washing station and the Phrozen V-CURE vacuum curing station, supplied together by 3D Cast.
The Wash+ plate holder fits all Phrozen Dental Series build plates, including the Sonic CS+, LS+, Lumii and Sonic XL 4K Plus. The V-CURE cures washed parts separately, so check that your parts fit its 120 x 120 x 50 mm curing volume.
The Wash+ supports three methods: two stage IPA washing for thorough resin removal, separation of biocompatible and non-biocompatible parts in the same cycle, and simultaneous loading of both tanks to clean up to 24 dental models at once.
Wash cycles complete in approximately five minutes. Five adjustable speed levels run from 250 to 350 RPM in 25 RPM increments.
Oxygen interferes with resin polymerisation at the surface of a printed part. The V-CURE creates a vacuum in the chamber before UV curing begins, which supports a more complete and uniform surface cure and removes the need for a glycerine bath or an external nitrogen supply. Parts must be thoroughly washed, completely dried and free from uncured resin before curing.
Phrozen's preliminary estimates are 1 minute for gingiva masks, 3 to 4 minutes for surgical guides, 5 minutes for denture bases, 6 minutes for crowns and bridges, occlusal splints and hybrid dentures, and 7 minutes for dental models. Final times can vary with the material.
The V-CURE uses a vacuum and has no heater. The Cure+ uses a 60°C heated chamber with flash curing. On Phrozen's estimates the V-CURE is faster on the same applications: models 7 minutes against 10, splints 6 against 10, and crowns and bridges 6 against 11. 3D Cast also offers the Phrozen Dental Wash+ and Cure+ Bundle and can help you choose.
