The Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K S Bundle D is a production-focused configuration that combines the large format 8K printer with automated resin management and the post-processing stations sized for this build scale. The bundle includes the Sonic Mega 8K S printer, the Phrozen Pump and Fill system, Phrozen Mega S Wash and Cure Stations, Phrozen Aqua 8K resin.
The Sonic Mega 8K S delivers 8K resolution across a 15 inch monochrome LCD at up to 400 layers per hour. The Phrozen Pump and Fill system monitors the resin vat level during printing and refills automatically from the bottle when resin drops below the required level. For long print runs or unattended sessions, this eliminates the most common cause of print failures at this scale: running out of resin mid-print. Post-session resin retraction simplifies cleanup and reduces material waste.
The Phrozen Mega S Wash and Cure Stations provide wash and cure capacity matched to the Mega 8K S build area. Washing thoroughly removes uncured resin from all surfaces of large or batch-printed models. The UV curing station ensures full and even hardening across the complete model surface. Using post-processing equipment sized below the build area results in inconsistent washing and uneven curing, which directly affects part strength and surface quality. The Phrozen Aqua 8K resin is optimised for 8K output quality.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
