It restores the Revo 16K to its original exposure accuracy and detail ceiling when the panel has degraded through extended use.
The Sonic Mighty Revo 16K operates at a native XY resolution of approximately 22 µm across its 10.1-inch panel, matching the pixel pitch of the much smaller Sonic Mini 8KS across a significantly larger build area. At this resolution, the LCD is the component that determines what level of surface detail is achievable — fine geometry that prints cleanly on a new Revo 16K screen will soften, lose definition, and ultimately fail to print correctly as the panel's UV transmission degrades. Maintaining the LCD in good condition is not optional for users working at the resolution ceiling this printer provides.
The genuine Phrozen replacement panel matches the connector type, physical dimensions, and optical profile the Revo 16K is calibrated for. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
