Phrozen 3D Printer Enclosure Mega: Universal Enclosure for Resin 3D Printers
The Phrozen 3D Printer Enclosure Mega is a large-format universal enclosure for resin 3D printer users in workshops, home studios, dental clinics, and production environments. It is compatible with resin printers of all brands and sizes, including large-format machines up to and including 15-inch Mega series printers, and requires no printer-specific configuration.
Enclosing a resin printer delivers three practical outcomes. Fume containment is the first: resin printing releases VOCs continuously during the print cycle, and an enclosure reduces the rate at which those compounds diffuse into the surrounding air, improving the effectiveness of any air filtration already in place. Thermal stability is the second: an enclosed print environment reduces the effect of ambient temperature variation and air movement on the resin vat and the print in progress, which improves layer consistency across long or overnight print sessions. Contamination protection is the third: the enclosure keeps dust, debris, and accidental contact away from the printer's LCD surface and resin vat during unattended operation.
Transparent panels allow visual monitoring of the printer without opening the enclosure. The door and panel design provides practical access for build plate removal, resin vat maintenance, and routine printer operation. The large internal volume accommodates a single large-format printer with room for accessories or smaller printers positioned side by side.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
